Your baby can hear you now, so you can start speaking and signing to her/him. Studies found that babies who hear a song in the womb can recognize the same song after birth!
You're gaining weight and your belly is starting to bulge, it's a good time to embrace your new body and think of the extra weight you gain as a good sign of a healthy pregnancy. Just remember to eat a healthy balanced diet and carry out daily exercise.

Drink plenty of water every day. The fluoride in it will help your baby’s tooth formation and to build protective enamel. It also helps to liquefy your saliva and keep you alert.
